What is Teaching Yoga?
Priyanka Singh: “Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.”
How I got into Teaching Yoga?
Priyanka Singh: “I did a course in Mass Communication from Amity, Noida. After that went on to do a Yoga course from Bombay, then did a personal training course from UK. Since then I have been working as a Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor”
